Glory
My eyes have seen the fire
that fills
the skies with wanton lust.
I have lit the fuse of passion
as anticipations rush.
I have seen the mortars bursting
as my heart's contentment swells;
And glitter ----
fills the skies.

I have felt the throbbing thunder
crashing hard against my flesh.
The finale shakes my reason
as emotions blend and mesh.
I have walked the fields at daybreak
sunshine falls against my chest.
I have caught ----
the falling stars.
